About Chelsey

Massage Therapist & Structural Integration Practitioner

Four surgeries within four years led me to serious considerations about the marvels of health, healing, and my first Massage Therapy course at the Academy of Professional Careers in Boise, Idaho in 2004. I studied:

  • Swedish massage

  • Pregnancy massage

  • Deep tissue massage

  • Sports massage

  • Passive Joint Movement

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • Reflexology

  • Shiatsu

  • Tui na

  • Kinesiology

...and so much more! The more I learned, the more enchanted I was by our capabilities. I attended the Guild for Structural Integration (SI) in Colorado and further progressed my learning with Emmett Hutchins, a leading authority in the field, in Hawaii.

My education and personal healing experience have helped me to realize we all have the power to heal our bodies and our lives. I set out on a journey to better understand my own body and engraved in myself the compassion, intuition, and belief that we can all become better versions of ourselves through the mediums of physical, mental, and spiritual awareness.

I thrive on learning, sharing, and educating. Through these empowering conversations, we begin to explore our true potential.

And I look forward to helping you explore your own healing powers.

Massage therapy, Structural Integration, attending multiple home births and the joy of birthing my own child crafted a natural progression in my career. I developed a strong passion to support others in having their best birthing experience possible.

I attended Birthingway College of Midwifery in 2014 where I earned my certification as a Labor Doula. Moms-to-be know me for my calm, compassionate, and down-to-earth demeanor.

I want to help you:

  • Realize your amazing capabilities as a woman and mother

  • Dream up and craft YOUR birth story

  • Be at peace and present with the experience

  • Give you the postpartum support you'll want and didn't realize you needed

Check the doula page to learn more; I look forward to setting up your journey through motherhood in the most supportive way possible.

I am a proud mom of a rambunctious, talkative, and confident 6-year-old girl named Zenobia. She is my heart. I never anticipated how special of a relationship this is, from pregnancy to birth and onwards. Being a mom absolutely influences my love as a Doula. It's such a unique time in a woman's life; I cherish my client's experience as I did my own.

 With love,

Chelsey Craft
